Therefore we stayed inside and had a wonderful visit from my Aunt Linda (Papi's older sister) and Uncle Dallas who drove up from Columbia, SC. It was a treat to chat with relatives in person. John had never met the Edwards' so it was nice to complete the Alford family tree. After a bit of sleepy fussing, Caroline snuggled into Aunt Lin's arms.
Then we headed down to the basement for some tummy time! We are building up or tolerance for tummy time and can almost lay there for 5 whole minutes before we lose it or spit up.

John has been hard at work mastering his new scanner. It not only scans photographs, but also slides and negatives. Here is a recent scan we made from my box o'pics.
